Refund Policy – Sairiki Matrimonial Services

Welcome to Sairiki. We strive to provide genuine matchmaking services and a smooth experience to all our users. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or paid service.
1. General Policy
All payments made for Sairiki matrimonial services, subscriptions, premium memberships, profile promotions, or add-on services are generally non-refundable.
By purchasing any paid service on Sairiki, the user acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
a) Duplicate Payment
If a user is charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
b) Technical Failure
If the paid service could not be activated due to a verified technical issue from Sairiki’s side and the issue remains unresolved within a reasonable timeframe.
c) Unauthorized Transaction
If a payment was made without the account holder’s authorization, users must notify us immediately with valid supporting documents for investigation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction due to lack of suitable matches
Inactivity or non-usage of the service
Incorrect information entered by the user
Subscription expiration
Profile suspension or termination due to policy violations
Rejection or non-response from other members
Removal of profile by the user before subscription expiry
Sairiki does not guarantee marriage, relationship success, or response from other members.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel auto-renewal (if applicable) at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not generate refunds for already processed payments.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
